This policy covers the mobile apps published by ShakerGames:
Our apps do not all behave the same way, so each one is described separately below. Fish Friends is made for children and carries no advertising of any kind; ShakenChicken and Shakenshark show rewarded ads. Please read the section for the app you are using.
We collect no personal information about you. Each app stores its own game data — high score, settings, progress — locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults. That data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is deleted permanently when you delete the app.
None of our apps ask for your name, email address, birthday, photos, contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.
Fish Friends is designed for children and is held to a stricter standard than our other games. It contains:
The only information that can leave the device is an optional Game Center high score. That is submitted through Apple's Game Center under your own Apple Account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours — we never see your Game Center identity and receive no data from it. The game is fully playable without ever signing in, and the Game Center dashboard sits behind a grown-ups-only gate inside the app.
Because Fish Friends collects no data at all, it does not — and cannot — collect personal information from children as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, or the GDPR.
There is no chat, no messaging, no user-generated content, no social feature, and no way for a child to communicate with anyone through the app. The only link that leaves the game is Apple's Game Center dashboard, which is behind the parental gate described above.
These two apps display rewarded ads powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
On iOS, AdMob will request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. You can decline and still use either app fully.

ShakenChicken and Shakenshark are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on request. Everything our apps save is on your own device and under your control: deleting an app removes its data entirely.
If we release a new app, or change what an existing app stores or sends, this policy will be updated before that version ships and the "Last updated" date above will change. New apps are added to the list above explicitly rather than being covered automatically, so that this page always describes what each app actually does.
